Terms and Condition

• All rates are nett (Rate subject to change without notice)
• Extra Mattress - RM 10.00 / Extra Bed RM 25.00
• Baby Cot - No Charge (availability)
• Max person per room/chalet - 2 adult + 2 children
• Extra person (without bed) RM5.00 per person
• Check out time 11:30am
• Check in during school, public holidays, weekends 3.00pm onwards.
• Payment cash and only certain credit cards are acceptable
• Confirm booking - one day rent as non refundable deposit -(Bank draft, money order, wire transfer) - OCBC Bank-Kota Bharu, Kelantan - KDR A/C Number: 7551048848
• Reservation are held until 4.00pm unless guaranteed by cash deposit
• Group and package rates are available on request
• Special discounts will be given during off season
• Cancellation after booking or check-in 30% charge to be paid.
• Refundable deposit for Towels, Hot water flask & coffee maker.
