Rules and Regulation

1. Maximum no. of persons (including children) without charge - 5 person
2. Free use of swimming pool - 5 person including children per chalet per day
3. 1 free car park per chalet / room
4. Guest are to park their vehicle at the allocated parking lots. No parking allowed at the restaurant porch, driveway, passage to rooms and in front of the chalets / rooms. The resort management is not responsible for any damage or loss of items from vehicle. Parking is at owner's own risk. Please always lock vehicle and do not leave any valuables in the vehicle.
5. BBQ parties etc: a. Room/chalet guest must get prior approval in writing from the front desk/management before organizing any BBQ, party, music, sports, get together, singing, karaoke or any function within the chalet and resort compound. b. There will be additional charges for all above functions and any other, depending on the number of people and time. c. If permission is given the resort will allocate the suitable place for holding this function during specified time.
6. Food/drinks - chalet/room guest are encouraged to dine in our restaurant. Special discount will be given to chalet guest. Bringing your own food or drinks is prohibited. If guests do bring their own food or drink a surcharge of RM5.00 per item per person will be charged.
7. Wet clothing are not allowed in the restaurant area.
8. Visitors friends and relatives wishing to visit our room guest in the rooms would have to inform the reception. If they decide to visit for long hours there will be additional charges.
9. If you have any questions or doubts on the above rules and regulation please clarify with the management before renting our rooms or using the resort facilities to avoid any inconvenience.
10. If you any suggestion/complaints please do not discuss with the staff. Please write down in the forms provided and we will try to attend to it as soon as posibble.
11. Taking things from the resort without permission is an offence and if found you will be charged five times the cost the things you have taken.

Guest would have to pay for anything they break in the rooms/chalet or resort area. We appreciate your petronage and seek your kind co-operation in observing the above rules and make your stay a pleasent one.
